You acknowledge that Moura Education shall have the right to immediately terminate your account and take necessary legal action against anyone who violates these Terms and Conditions.
You are responsible for obtaining, at your own expense, all equipment and services needed to access our Website. If you are accessing the Site through a mobile device, your wireless carrier may charge you fees for data, and other wireless access or communications services. We do not guarantee that our website can be accessed through all wireless devices or service plans or are available in all geographical locations.
Emails or messages sent from the Moura education instructors and coordinators, including messages or emails generated from our website, are proprietary to Moura Education, and are intended solely for the use of the particular individual to whom they are addressed. Such messages may contain privileged or confidential information and should not be circulated or used for any purpose other than for what they are intended. If you receive a message or email as an error, please notify the sender immediately. If you are not the intended recipient, you are hereby notified that you are strictly prohibited from using, copying, altering, or disclosing the contents of the message. Moura Education currently offers paid and free educational courses to the students. Users cannot sell, transfer, lease or otherwise allow unauthorized third parties to access/use their account. Any accounts made in our website are subjected to these Terms and Conditions, including all further authorized individual accounts.
Your account in our website will be created on the day you finish your registration process and sign up to our website, and will continue on unless you cancel your account or we terminate it according to these Terms and Conditions.
Any materially different or additional terms from those described in these Terms and Conditions will be disclosed when you create your account and sign-up into your account or in other communications made available to you, including e-mail. Moura Education hereby reserves the right to modify, terminate or otherwise amend its offered course plans.
Moura Education will have the right to terminate your access to our website if we reasonably believes you have breached any of the terms and conditions we have mentioned. Following termination, you will not be permitted to use our website or any services rendered by us. If your access to our website is terminated, Moura Education reserves the right to exercise whatever means it deems necessary to prevent unauthorized access to the Site, including, but not limited to, technological barriers, IP mapping, and direct contact with your Internet Service Provider. These Terms will survive indefinitely until we choose to terminate them.
Special note- If your camera is not focused on your face, you’ll be notified via an Email, WhatsApp or if both unavailable as an SMS to your local phone number which you’ve provided us in the registration process. Access to the particular course/courses will be denied until you respond to our warning Email or the message and provide us with the necessary information we need. There will only be 3 warning notifications sent to you. After the 3rd notification, if you still decide not to respond to us, your account will be terminated.
Moura Education will not be liable for failing to perform under these Terms because of any event beyond its reasonable control, including, without limitation, a labor disturbance, an Internet outage or interruption of service, a communications outage, failure by a service provider to perform, fire, terrorism, natural disaster, or war.
You acknowledge and agree that, regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action you may have arising out of, relating to, or connected with your use of our Website , must be filed within three months after such claim or cause of action arises, or forever be barred.
Billing- By starting your enrollment in different courses and providing your payment method (e.g. Credit Card, Debit Card, or other payment method), you hereby authorize Moura Education to charge and process the particular fee depending on the type of the course that you want to follow, at the then-indicated current price rate.
Moura Education hereby reserves the right to adjust pricing for the courses or any other components thereof in any manner and at any time, as determined in our sole and final decision.
The fee for your particular chosen course/courses will be billed at the beginning of the enrollment process to that particular course.
Payments- Online payments for services offered through the Site are done by the “Payment Gateways”. All Payment Gateways are external, third party payment processing vendors and their payment services and other services are subject to their respective Terms and Conditions. Moura Education does NOT directly or indirectly, receive, retain, store or use your credit/debit card information - in fact it never touches our servers. Your credit/debit card data constitutes sensible personal information which will be processed by third parties not directly related to Moura Education. If a payment is not successfully charged, due to credit/debit card expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, please revise your payment method service provider for details.
Refunds- All the payments made to Moura Education are, as a general rule, not refundable. However, we may provide you a refund by considering the circumstances, with the amount and form - and the decision to provide it - at its sole and absolute discretion. Any effectuated refund does not entitle you to further refunds or other considerations in the future for similar instances, nor does it obligate Moura Education to provide them in the future, under any circumstance.
Cancellation- You may cancel your Moura Education Website account at any time by simply deactivating your account.
There will be no refunds for any courses that you have enrolled in which are incomplete or not yet started before the cancellation process.
Moura Education may, in its sole discretion, change, modify, suspend, make improvements to, or discontinue any aspect, functionality, content or service of the Site, temporarily or permanently, at any time without notice to you, and we will not be liable for doing so.
